He’s a natural conversationalist and expert interviewer, with a knack for making people, celebrities, locals, anyone, feel at ease and ready to share real and honest stories.
You’ve probably heard him before, he’s been the voice of Sky Sport for over 20 years
and the long-time station voice of Newstalk ZB, NZ’s number one rated radio station.

Helen’s career began in the fiercely competitive world of advertising, where she quickly learned that “mediocre” doesn’t cut it. She brings sharp attention to detail and a creative spark to every project, always delivered with a healthy dose of humour.
Helen is passionate about developing genuine connection with clients. She is committed to building exemplary levels of trust. Believing that the strongest creative outcomes are born from relationships grounded in openness, respect, and a shared vision.
When she’s not juggling a dozen moving parts at The Content Studio, Helen loves to spend time with friends and family.

Caitlin brings a vibrant mix of creativity, calm, and capability to The Content Studio. Whether she’s editing behind the scenes or managing the floor during a live broadcast, she approaches every task with focus and flair. Caitlin’s grounded nature and quick thinking make her an essential part of the team
A lifelong sports fan and former rugby player, Caitlin stays active in her spare time and draws strength from a close-knit family bond that keeps her grounded and inspired.
